We teamed up with Closed Loop to offer this blended selection of urban farm herbs, using native prairie species as the base. The group runs a quarter acre urban farm dedicated to repurposing waste, environmental stewardship, employment equity and ethical labor practices. As cold climate farmers, they sought a way to capture and preserve the bounty of summer. Like tea, a controlled dehydration process helps store sunshine and concentrates latent aroma complex. Savory pepper mingles with herbaceous citrus, lively basil and notes of root beer spice. Blend of shiso, goldenrod, lemon balm, holy basil, hoja santa and lemon verbena.
