For our first ever Sip Slowly we take you into the Bianco's world of bittersweet citrus—a perfect complement to the natural lemon zest, fresh and herbaceous quality of the Qi Yun #23.


  • 1.5oz Qi Yun #23 White Grapefruit Cold Brew (see below for recipe) 
  • 1oz Lyre Dry Non-Alcoholic Gin
  • 1.5oz Wilderton Lustre
  • Lemon Garnish 

    Pour Lyre’s Dry London NA Gin, Wilderton Lustre and Qi Yun White Grapefruit Cold in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist. 


Qi Yun White Grapefruit Cold Brew

  • 30g Qi Yun White
  • 1L Cold, Filtered Water
  • 8oz grapefruit juice


    1. Dose 30g Qi Yun #23 White to vessel of choice
    2. Add 1 liter cold water 
    3. Add 8oz grapefruit juice
    4. Add peels of 1 whole grapefruit 
    5. Steep all ingredients together for 12 hours
    6. Strain tea into new vessel of choice
