Sip Slowly: Her Dirty Work

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Citadel Dry Gin (Infused with Velvet Root Tea from Spirit Tea)*
• 0.5 oz Cocchi Americano Vermouth Apertivo
• 0.25 oz Norden Aquavit (to round out botanical profile of tea)
• 0.25 oz La Higuera Wheeleri Sotol (for a touch of smokiness)
• 0.25 oz Garden Party Thyme Spirit (for fresh element)
  
  
  

Gin Infusion:

• Combine a weight ratio of 50 parts Citadel Gin to 1 part Velvet Root Tea.

Her Dirty Work Recipe:

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds to ensure proper dilution and blending. (Dilution is key to keeping the cocktail fresh and not too heavy—don’t skimp on the shake!)
3. Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. Spank a sprig of fresh thyme to release its oils and insert it into the drink as a garnish.

Notes:

• Feel free to substitute any dry vermouth you have on hand—this isn’t a make-or-break ingredient.
