Sip Slowly #3: Sparrow's Tongue Spritz

Strawberry Sparrow's Tongue Spritz

  1. Fill glass of choice with sparkling water
  2. Add 20g of the Sparrows Tongue and Strawberry Shrub

Sparrows Tongue & Vinegar Recipe:


  • Add 10g of Sparrows Tongue to a sealable container
  • Add 150g of champagne vinegar to container
  • Seal and steep for 24 hours
  • Strain and combine with Strawberry Syrup

Strawberry Syrup Recipe:


  • Add 250g of strawberries to a sealable container
  • Add 200g cane sugar to container
  • Mix strawberries and sugar until strawberries are fully coated with sugar
  • Seal and let sit for 24 hours
  • Strain strawberries ideally through a cheesecloth to pull out as much syrup as possible
  • Combine with Sparrows Tongue & Vinegar
