Sip Slowly #3: Sparrow's Tongue Spritz
Strawberry Sparrow's Tongue Spritz
- Fill glass of choice with sparkling water
- Add 20g of the Sparrows Tongue and Strawberry Shrub
Sparrows Tongue & Vinegar Recipe:

Add 10g of Sparrows Tongue to a sealable container

Add 150g of champagne vinegar to container

Seal and steep for 24 hours

Strain and combine with Strawberry Syrup
Strawberry Syrup Recipe:

Add 250g of strawberries to a sealable container

Add 200g cane sugar to container

Mix strawberries and sugar until strawberries are fully coated with sugar

Seal and let sit for 24 hours

Strain strawberries ideally through a cheesecloth to pull out as much syrup as possible

Combine with Sparrows Tongue & Vinegar
