Sip Slowly #2 | Island of Marigold

In harmony with the tropical atmosphere of our upcoming, SCA Expo celebration, this month's edition of our Sip Slowly series introduces the Island of Marigold.

Featuring a homemade Mountain Marigold-infused gin and bursting with fruity flavors, this cocktail offers a balanced blend of tropical, creamy, and citrusy notes, evoking the sensation of a tropical vacation. 


Inspired by classic tiki cocktails and the natural, floral-sweetness of our Mountain Marigold, Spirit Tea's very own Nicco crafted this recipe to share with our guests at the bespoke Paradise Getaway party, in collaboration with Drip Collective and Four Letter Word. Ingredients & Build
  • 1 1/2 oz Mountain Marigold-infused gin
  • 1 1/2 oz Lime juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Vanilla-infused Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 oz Chinola
  • 1/4 oz Velvet Falernum
  • Shaken with ice
  • Strained into a glass with crushed ice
  • Mint garnish (or pineapple leaf)
