The Cross-Strait Collaboration
These teas are the result of a unique cross-strait collaboration between two renowned producers--both named Mr. Luo--from Taiwan and China: a project that Spirit Tea had been hard at work organizing and funding out of curiosity and love of the craft. Our team brought Taiwan's award-winning craftsman to Yunnan, the birthplace of tea, to blend his refined processing techniques with Yunnan's rich terroir, high elevations, and biodiversity. The outcome is a series of seven exceptional teas, each offering a distinct character--Taiwan's influence brings out heightened aroma, while China's methods lend a silky mouthfeel.

Curiosity inspires us to share. We look to the future as being a more open, eager, and humble tea community. In short, we want to put our work and investment towards the world we wish to live in and into those who want to create their own tea practice. We are a small team of many talents, a majority of whom are former specialty coffee and retail tea professionals.
