Mr. Cho is a venerate craftsman, melding his own Buddhist values with ecologically harmonious growing practices. The third-generation of a Hadong family farm, he learned tea making from his grandmother. From post-fermented, to green and black tea processes: he is quite simply one of the leading craftsmen in South Korean tea. His, forest grove, certified organic gardens are tended with hand care and his productions are expressive, rich with character, and lively.
