Our second-ever breakfast tea is a superbly delicious Wuyi. Young producer Ms. Pan created a signature, harmonious blend of teas from the region, notably the indigenous variety: cai cha. Black Gold is a balanced, sweet and full-bodied iced tea with a touch of toastiness. The tea gets its unique savory quality from the firewood used to finish the outside of the leaf. Unlike the brisk and astringent reds of commodity iced tea, this tea infuses a glimmering gold color—smooth and sweet to the taste. Notes of dark chocolate, marshmallow, and sweet potato.
