Our red chai is a completely herbal variation on a traditional masala chai. Rooibos, the South African tea-like shrub forms a rich and sturdy foundation for the blend. Cinnamon and clove provide sweetness, with a dash of cardamom for aromatics. Lively Chinese ginger imbues heat and, in harmony with Sichuan and Black Peppercorns balances the profile. The Red Chai is a superb sipper, with or without milk.
